Paramhamsa Nithyananda Sex Scandal????????
It almost seems like a joke that of all the people Sri Nityananda has to be involved in a controversy of this nature.........
There has been many allegations of fraud against swami nityananda previously as is common for all men with fame and following but none of this nature and magnitude.
Recently in SUN NEWS a video had been released featuring Swami Nithyanandha in which Nityananda was having a secret sexual affair with a south Indian actress.
All the devotees are deeply shaken and there is chaos everywhere......
Only thing that can be said with certainity is that this scandal has deeply shaken the mission of Swamiji directly to its roots....
The video definitely shows a man who is swamiji or a hollywood-movie-type clone of him....What is the truth cannot be ascertained right now!!!
Swamiji has said that the video is a morphed one and blames one of his inmates Premananda alias Lenin Karuppan, for the morphing of his face with the idea of defaming him. It is said that Swamiji tried to stop the airing of the video footage but a civil court did not grant any stay.
The petition has been posted to March 8 for further hearing.
Meanwhile Nithyananda Dhyanpeetam has given the response to the whole controversy as follows,
TO ALL OUR DEAR DEVOTEES
This is in response to the defamatory video on Paramahamsa Nithyananda aired by Sun TV and various other news media since the night of March 2, 2010.
At this moment, we feel that a mix of conspiracy, graphics and rumor are at play in these recent events that have unfolded. We are working on a legal course of action and will come up with updates in due course
In these trying times, we wish to reassure the lakhs of devotees and well-wishers whose sentiments have been deeply hurt by this conspiracy. We thank all the devotees and disciples for standing with us during these times
In the past 7 years of his public life, Paramahamsa Nithyananda has been a transformational force in the lives of over 2 million people across numerous countries around the world. The powerful truths he lives and shares and his personal authenticity have made his teachings relevant across religions, cultures and class
For those who have experienced the blessings and grace of Swamiji, no further explanation is necessary. Yet we request you to recall the life solutions from Swamiji that continue to provide a powerful spiritual anchor for millions in these turbulent times. Question and Answer.
Q. How can we select our God and Goddess? We are confused because there are more deties
in our tradition.
A. Suddenly with one deity you will feel connected, choose that God or deity. If you do not feel
connected with any one God or deity, continue your seeking.Let the seeking become your God.
Seeking can become your God(Ishta-devata). No need for a particular devata(God).
Q. I always have a longing for chanting Vishnu Sahashranamas but my concentration is scattered. How can I concentrate on all the slokas?
A. Sometime you will enjoy some chanting, then you start deciding-' Oh! It's such an ecstacy and joy, I should have this always, let me start chanting everyday.' NO! you missed the whole thing.
The moment you decide 'let me chant everyday' you created a routine.
Bliss happens to you when you are in choicelessness. The moment you choose bliss, you have chosen suffering because all choice including choosing bliss is choosing suffering.Choice is suffering, choicelessness is bliss!
Do not bother to complete all 1000 names. Just sit with a real beautiful mood, in a very loving way if you can chant even 5-6 names it is perfectly all right. The moment you feel bored close he book and say namaskar and move.Do not do chanting or puja when u don't feel connected when you don't feel the joy. If you are doing it without feeling the joy , you are abusing it!
Q. Can anybody become a master or is he a chosen one?
A. Nobody needs to choose. You need to choose yourself.Fortunately masters are not chosen democratically. Nobody has to vote you , you need to vote for yourself. Decide today that let me live the central core of my existence.
First the decision has to happen and then the experience comes.
Q. Swamiji, I want to know the purpose of our life, world, universe and the purpose of God.
A. Purpose of your life is the purpose of God. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you the purpose of your life. You create purpose of your life out of Your own self.
Swamiji's message for 2009.
My message for this year is only one phrase- 'LIVE ENLIGHTENMENT'.
Understand, this year(the year 2009) let us all dedicate to 'live enlightenment'.
The moment you risk 'come whatever may' you opened the door for enlightenment.
You become ready for 'whatever is!'. 'Whatever exists' is always bliss.Let me describe Jivanmukthi(living enlightenment), conflict free life, in the inner world as well as
the outer world.Conflict free living.Living without gap between the inner world and the outer world.Either raise your energy(Shakti) to catch up with the outer world or bring your mind(Buddhi) to catch up with ther inner world. Through any one process, integrate yourself! Please understand, living and integrated life is what I call living enlightenment.Continuously living conflict free life, continuously living the beautiful harmonious feeling, continuously living in a deep feeling connection with the whole existence, with whatever is.This is what I call Living enlightenment.
You have to put it in four words- Shakti(energy to change whatever you can), Buddhi(intelligence to accept whatever cannot be changed), Yukti(clarity, understanding that the whole world is a continuous changing dream). What you call reality is a continuously changing dream.) Above all, a deep feeling of connection towards the unchanging energy what you call as master or existence. Shakti,Buddhi,Yukti,Bhakti - When you live all these four in your life experientially you are living Jivanmukthi.
You are living enlightenment.

Teacher's teacher.
Nithyananda had the privilege of studying yoga as a young boy under the tutelage of Yogiraj Maharishi Raghupati Yogi. Raghupati Yogi had attained complete Mastery over Yoga, and would express many different powers of Yoga. He had amazing strength and unimaginable physical power, which he expressed so casually. He would tie an iron rope around his chest and exhale deeply; the rope would shatter into pieces! Nithyananda himself has witnessed the great Yogi levitating, not once or twice but at dozens of times. Raghupati Yogi would inhale deeply and hold his breath. The moment he did that the body would lift from the ground!
Raghupati Yogi would emphasize that the optimal period to truly imbibe the truths of Yoga so that they become a solid experience, is before the age of 14; accordingly, he trained Nithyananda starting from age 3 for a period of 10 full years. Raghupati Yogi taught Nithyananda traditional Yoga postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), and meditation. To prepare Nithyananda’s body for its great work ahead, Raghupati Yogi also taught purifying Yogic Kriyas (techniques) and other esoteric and secret Yogic methods, such as techniques to resist hunger and thirst. This knowledge would prove to be invaluable during the intense later years Nithyananda spent wandering as a renunciant in harsh conditions.
Besides Yoga practices, Raghupati Yogi also trained Nithyananda in vigorous exercise. He would have Nithyananda climb, with only one hand, the twenty tall stone pillars in the temple hall where he trained. Nithyananda could never understand the logic behind such unusual training, and, he jokes, He is yet to find a reference in any classical Yoga texts that mentions that climbing pillars is Yogic technique.
Raghupati Yogi would at times tell Nithyananda to be silent and be peaceful. Then he would immediately instruct Him to run around the 25 acre temple while holding onto that idea strongly. Nithyananda used to think this was quite contradictory. However, by the time Nithyananda had finished running, the idea of peace would become deeply rooted and recorded in His system.
Nithyananda explains the rationale behind such unusual with this revolutionary concept, 'Our body itself is made out of memory. Our muscles store memory. Whether we believe it or not, accept it or not, we are an expression of our own self-hypnosis. Even if you strongly believe that by only sitting you will have health, and you sit just for health, simply good health will happen in you.'
